Product Details

Xela Rederm is an injectable skin-quality treatment for people concerned about dehydration, dullness, uneven texture or fine surface lines. It combines non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid with sodium succinate in an approach commonly known as skin redermalisation.

At It’s Me & You Skin Clinic, each treatment begins with a personalised assessment led by Dr Laura Geige. Your skin condition, medical history, previous procedures and expectations are considered before a particular Xela Rederm formulation or alternative treatment is recommended.

Our clinic is located at Siddeley House, 50 Canbury Park Road, Kingston upon Thames, KT2 6LX. The direct route through Hampton Court makes it accessible for patients travelling from East Molesey and the wider KT8 area.

Please contact the clinic before purchasing this consultation. We must confirm current availability and assess your likely suitability first. Purchasing does not guarantee that treatment will be advised or carried out.

Travelling from East Molesey and Hampton Court

East Molesey has a distinctive local identity shaped by Hampton Court, the River Thames and its historic village streets. The Bridge Road Conservation Area incorporates some of the oldest parts of the original settlement, while the adjoining Kent Town area includes Bridge Road, Creek Road, Hampton Court Station and Cigarette Island.

The 411 bus provides a direct public transport connection through East Molesey and Hampton Court to Kingston. The route serves Hampton Court Station, Hampton Court Palace and Kingston Station, allowing patients to travel without changing services.

From Kingston Station or Cromwell Road Bus Station, Siddeley House can be reached on foot via the town centre and Canbury Park Road. Live departures should be checked before travelling, particularly during peak periods or events near Hampton Court Palace.

Patients arriving by car will normally approach Kingston through the Hampton Court corridor. Additional time is sensible during school hours, weekends and the evening commute, when roads around the bridge can become busy.

Parking options in central Kingston include the Bentall Centre car parks, Q-Park, NCP and pre-bookable private spaces. Availability, restrictions and charges should be checked before the appointment.

Siddeley House is the Grade II listed former Hawker Aircraft Experimental Shop, constructed in 1933 and subsequently converted into offices. As you enter through the main doorway, our ground-floor clinic room is the first one on the left.

Kingston Station, the Rotunda, Bentall Centre and Queens Promenade riverside walk are nearby. Any shopping, dining or longer outdoor plans after treatment should remain consistent with the personalised aftercare advice provided at your appointment.

Xela Rederm treatment before and after showing smoother looking, hydrated and refreshed skin at It’s Me & You Skin Clinic in Kingston upon Thames

What Is Xela Rederm?

Xela Rederm is a professional injectable range developed by Hyalual. The formulations combine non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid with sodium succinate, also known as succinic acid. Hyalual uses the term Redermalization to describe this dual-component approach.

The range includes different hyaluronic acid concentrations, including Xela Rederm 1.1%, 1.8% and 2.2%. Product strength should be selected according to the treatment area, skin condition and clinical assessment rather than assuming that the highest concentration is automatically preferable.

Unlike a conventional volumising filler, the treatment is not principally intended to enlarge the lips, project the cheeks or reshape the jawline. Its emphasis is the visible quality, hydration and texture of the skin.

The face, neck, décolletage and selected delicate areas may be discussed during consultation. Each area requires a separate assessment because skin thickness, sensitivity and the underlying cause of a concern can differ.

During treatment, the skin is cleansed before small amounts of product are administered through carefully planned injection points. Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising or small raised areas may be visible afterwards.

Potential Benefits of Skin Redermalisation

Hydration is one of the principal reasons people consider Xela Rederm. Skin that appears dry or tired may look fresher and more supple following an appropriately planned treatment, although individual outcomes vary.

Fine surface lines can become more noticeable when the complexion lacks moisture. Supporting the appearance of hydration may help the treated skin look smoother without producing a conspicuously filled effect.

The treatment may also be discussed when texture appears uneven or the complexion has lost some of its natural luminosity. Hyalual positions its 1.8% formulation for concerns involving tone, texture and overall skin appearance.

Some patients prefer a skin-quality treatment because it is not intended to change their natural facial proportions. The aim is generally a quiet refinement that remains consistent with familiar features and expressions.

The delicate eye area may be considered where the concern involves suitable changes in skin texture or hydration. Xela Rederm is not a tear-trough filler and should not be expected to correct every cause of dark circles, eye bags, pigmentation or structural hollowing.

The face and neck can be examined during the same consultation, but they are not automatically treated together. Different areas may require a different formulation, quantity or placement technique.

Xela Rederm can also be compared with NCTF, Redensity 1, Juvéderm Volite, Neauvia Hydro Deluxe, Profhilo or polynucleotides. Dr Laura Geige will consider what the skin actually requires rather than selecting a product solely because it is fashionable.

Preparing for Your Xela Rederm Appointment

Contact It’s Me & You Skin Clinic before purchasing. This allows our team to confirm product availability and decide whether an Xela Rederm consultation is an appropriate starting point.

Provide a complete medical history, including allergies, health conditions and previous adverse reactions. Information that may appear unrelated can still influence the suitability or timing of an injectable procedure.

Tell Dr Laura Geige about prescribed medicines, non-prescription products and supplements. Do not stop aspirin, anticoagulants or another prescribed medicine unless the clinician responsible for your care has expressly advised you to do so.

Please disclose earlier fillers, skin boosters, microneedling, laser procedures, chemical peels and permanent injectable products. The location and timing of previous treatments may influence the proposed plan.

Choose your appointment date with temporary visible effects in mind. Redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising or small injection points may make the period immediately before a wedding, formal event or photography appointment less convenient.

Notify the clinic if you develop a cold sore, infection, inflamed breakout, rash or broken skin near the proposed treatment area. Your appointment may need to be postponed until the skin has settled.

Where practical, attend without heavy make-up or false tan over the intended area. Clean skin allows its natural tone, texture and condition to be assessed more accurately.

Eat normally, remain sensibly hydrated and leave enough time for an unhurried discussion. The proposed formulation, possible alternatives, limitations and aftercare should be understood before you decide whether to proceed.

Xela Rederm Aftercare

Temporary redness, tenderness, mild swelling, bruising or small papules may occur around the injection sites. The intensity and duration of these effects vary between patients.

Avoid pressing, rubbing or repeatedly touching the treated skin. Massage should only be performed where Dr Laura Geige has specifically included it within your individual aftercare instructions.

You may be asked to leave the treatment area free from make-up initially. When cosmetics are resumed, apply them with clean hands, brushes and applicators.

Strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms, hot baths and excessive heat may need to be avoided temporarily. Follow the timeframe provided during your appointment rather than general advice found online.

Keep skincare gentle while the area settles. Retinoids, strong exfoliating acids, abrasive scrubs and intensive facial procedures should only be restarted when your practitioner considers it appropriate.

Use suitable sun protection and avoid unnecessary exposure to intense sunlight while the treated skin remains red, tender or reactive.

Contact the clinic promptly if you experience severe or increasing pain, unusual discolouration, progressive swelling, spreading redness, visual disturbance or another unexpected symptom. Concerning or worsening reactions require prompt clinical assessment.

Why Choose It’s Me & You Skin Clinic?

Medically led aesthetic treatment is already available within East Molesey, so our distinction is not based on suggesting that qualified care cannot be found locally. It lies in receiving a named assessment from Dr Laura Geige and a clear explanation of whether Xela Rederm is genuinely suitable for your skin.

Dr Laura Geige is the Medical Director and Senior Aesthetics Practitioner at It’s Me & You Skin Clinic. The clinic identifies her as a GDC-registered dentist and Level 7 Aesthetic Medicine practitioner with experience in injectable treatments and skin rejuvenation.

Product selection takes place after the skin has been examined. The 1.1%, 1.8% and 2.2% formulations have different published positioning, so a higher concentration is not necessarily the correct choice for every treatment area.

We use carefully selected, high-quality materials obtained through professional supply channels. The proposed quantity, placement pattern and treatment area are determined individually rather than through a fixed online package.

Consultation also allows concerns that initially appear similar to be separated properly. Dehydration, pigmentation, volume loss, scarring and skin laxity may require different products or entirely different treatment approaches.

As Dr Laura Geige explains, “Medical-grade aesthetics should enhance, not alter, your natural expression.” This principle is particularly relevant to skin redermalisation, where subtle improvement should take precedence over obvious cosmetic change.

Siddeley House provides a discreet ground-floor setting away from a conventional high-street beauty environment. Its position immediately to the left of the entrance also makes arrival simple for patients attending for the first time.

For patients travelling from the opposite side of the Thames, our Xela Rederm treatment page for Teddington explains the adjoining local service area and alternative routes into Kingston.

Xela Rederm East Molesey FAQs

Is Xela Rederm a traditional dermal filler?

Xela Rederm contains non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid, but it is generally used as a skin-quality treatment rather than to create pronounced facial volume. Its emphasis is hydration, texture and overall skin appearance.

What is skin redermalisation?

Redermalisation is Hyalual’s term for its approach combining hyaluronic acid with sodium succinate. The treatment focuses on the appearance of skin quality rather than facial reshaping.

Which Xela Rederm strength will be used?

The range includes 1.1%, 1.8% and 2.2% hyaluronic acid formulations. The appropriate option depends on the area, skin condition, previous treatment history and clinical assessment. A higher concentration is not automatically better.

Is the clinic easy to reach from Hampton Court?

Yes. Route 411 connects East Molesey and Hampton Court directly with Kingston Station and Cromwell Road Bus Station. The clinic is then reached by a town-centre walk to Canbury Park Road.

Must I contact the clinic before purchasing?

Yes. Please contact It’s Me & You Skin Clinic first so that current availability and likely suitability can be checked. Purchasing the consultation does not guarantee that Xela Rederm treatment will be recommended or administered.
