It’s Me and You Clinic Booking Terms and Conditions
Please read our clinic booking rules carefully before securing your appointment at our Kingston upon Thames clinic. These policies ensure we maintain the highest medical standards and manage our clinical schedule effectively.

1. Booking Confirmation Process

If you request an appointment by sending us a message, you will receive an immediate email and SMS notification containing the exact steps required to validate your slot.
If you schedule your appointment independently using the registration link in our Instagram bio or directly on our website, you will be automatically redirected to the confirmation portal.

2. Appointment Validation Deadline

You must fully confirm your scheduled visit within 48 hours by completing the required steps on the Glowday platform.

You are required to input your payment card details securely during this process. No funds are deducted at this stage; this is strictly to validate your slot.
If these steps are not finished within 48 hours, our system automatically cancels the request. Your time slot will be released, and another patient may book it.

3. Late Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No Show Policy

A £100 fee will be automatically charged to your registered card if you fail to attend your scheduled clinic appointment without providing any prior notice.
This £100 fee also applies if you cancel or reschedule your booking with less than 48 hours notice.

Arriving 15 minutes late or more past your scheduled appointment start time will also trigger this automatic charge.

4. Medical Contraindications Policy

If an aesthetic treatment cannot go ahead during your visit due to an unforeseen medical contraindication, a £100 consultation fee will be applied.

Once that specific medical issue is fully resolved and it is safe to proceed, this £100 fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment at your next appointment.

5. Consultation Fee Policy

Booking a skin or facial aesthetics consultation is treated as an entirely separate clinical service.

The consultation fee covers professional medical analysis and is not deductible from the cost of any future aesthetic procedures.

6. Mandatory Medical Forms Requirement

All medical history forms on the Glowday platform must be filled out completely before arriving at the clinic. Your details form part of your legal medical record, and your full name must match your passport exactly.

You must inform our administration team in advance if you are unable or unwilling to fill out these digital documents at home.

Completing your medical paperwork inside the clinic will extend your appointment time by 30 minutes and will incur a £50 processing fee.
