Temple Filler Aftercare

Strenuous exercise, intense heat, steam rooms, saunas and excessive alcohol should be avoided for the period stated in your personalised aftercare instructions.

Make up and skincare should be resumed according to the guidance given at the clinic. Strong exfoliating products and treatments that could irritate the injection sites should wait until the skin has settled.

Hair appointments, facial massage and beauty treatments involving pressure around the temples may need to be postponed. Ask the clinic about appropriate timing before arranging them.

Try to sleep in a comfortable position that avoids prolonged pressure against the sides of the face. Repeatedly comparing or pressing the temples during the first few days may make temporary swelling more difficult to assess.
