Make up and skincare should be resumed according to the instructions provided after your appointment. Strong exfoliating products or treatments that may irritate the injection sites should wait until the skin has settled.

Hair appointments, facial massage and beauty treatments involving pressure around the temples may need to be postponed. Ask the clinic about suitable timing before arranging them.

Sleep in a comfortable position that avoids prolonged pressure against the sides of the face where possible. Repeatedly comparing or palpating the area may make temporary swelling more difficult to assess.
