Product Details

Changes in facial volume and skin firmness often develop together. The cheeks and sides of the face may appear less supported, while the lower facial outline can gradually lose some of its former definition.

Our HArmonyCa treatment near East Molesey provides a personalised consultation for adults considering a hybrid facial injectable. HArmonyCa combines hyaluronic acid with calcium hydroxyapatite, providing immediate structural support while being designed to support the body’s collagen production over time.

Treatment takes place at It’s Me & You Skin Clinic in Kingston upon Thames. The Doctor Led clinic is overseen by Dr Laura Geige, a GDC-registered dentist and Level 7 Aesthetic Medicine Practitioner. Every recommendation is based on facial anatomy, tissue quality, previous procedures and the patient’s preferred degree of change.

The aim is considered facial support rather than conspicuous fullness. Product placement is planned individually so that natural movement, expression and the wider proportions of the face remain respected.

Please contact the clinic before purchasing or booking. Appointment availability and suitability must be confirmed first, and attending a consultation does not guarantee that HArmonyCa will be recommended or administered during the same visit.

A Hybrid Dermal Filler Consultation for KT8

East Molesey is approximately two miles from central Kingston. Route 411 provides a direct connection from stops around the Old Police Station, Bridge Road and Hampton Court Station towards Kingston Station, with journeys commonly estimated at around 13 to 15 minutes before traffic and waiting time are considered.

The area around Bridge Road and Creek Road sits on the south bank of the Thames opposite Hampton Court Palace. The Kent Town Conservation Area also includes the nineteenth-century Hampton Court Station and Cigarette Island, giving the neighbourhood a distinctive riverside identity.

It’s Me & You Skin Clinic is located at Siddeley House, Room 7, Ground Floor, 50 Canbury Park Road, Kingston upon Thames, KT2 6LX. As you enter through the principal doors, the clinic room is the first one on the left.

Drivers can approach through Hampton Court and Hampton Wick. Canbury Place car park has 106 spaces, while paid and shared-use parking is also available on parts of Canbury Park Road and neighbouring streets. Current restrictions should be checked before leaving a vehicle.

Siddeley House is the Grade II-listed former Hawker Aircraft Experimental Shop. Its aviation heritage gives the clinic a more distinctive setting than a conventional high-street treatment room.

The Bentall Centre, Rotunda and Kingston’s riverside amenities are also nearby. Plans after treatment should remain compatible with the personalised aftercare advice provided at the clinic.

What Is HArmonyCa?

HArmonyCa is a dual-action injectable containing hyaluronic acid, known as HA, and calcium hydroxyapatite, known as CaHA. The manufacturer describes it as a facial soft-tissue augmentation product intended for adults aged 18 and over.

The hyaluronic acid component is intended to provide immediate volume and support. The calcium hydroxyapatite component is designed to support collagen production, meaning that the appearance may continue to develop after the initial treatment has settled.

HArmonyCa also contains lidocaine to help reduce discomfort during injection. It is intended for placement within deep dermal or subdermal tissues by an appropriately qualified practitioner.

The treatment should not be regarded as an ordinary hyaluronic acid filler with a different name. Traditional fillers are often selected primarily to replace localised volume or refine a specific feature. This hybrid formulation combines immediate support with a collagen-stimulating component.

It is not suitable for every facial concern. An isolated hollow, superficial line, significant loose skin or an area containing previous filler may require another approach. The consultation therefore considers whether HArmonyCa, a conventional filler, another collagen-stimulating treatment or no injectable treatment is the most appropriate recommendation.

Potential Benefits of HArmonyCa

Immediate Facial Support

The hyaluronic acid component may create visible support shortly after treatment. Temporary swelling can affect the early appearance, so the result should be allowed time to settle before it is assessed.

Progressive Collagen Support

Calcium hydroxyapatite is included to support the body’s collagen production. Changes associated with this component develop progressively and vary between patients.

Treatment of Connected Facial Changes

Some patients notice reduced facial support alongside changes in firmness. A hybrid dermal filler may be considered where these concerns form part of the same facial ageing pattern rather than appearing as one isolated line.

More Considered Facial Contours

Careful placement may support selected areas of the cheeks, sides of the face or lower facial outline. The objective is a smoother, more proportionate contour rather than an exaggerated or overfilled appearance.

Individual Treatment of Asymmetry

The left and right sides of the face are rarely identical. Placement and quantity can therefore be adjusted according to genuine anatomical differences rather than applying exactly the same injection plan to both sides.

A Non-Surgical Approach

HArmonyCa does not involve surgical incisions or a permanent implant. It remains an injectable cosmetic procedure, however, with recognised contraindications, temporary reactions and potential complications that must be understood before proceeding.

Preparing for HArmonyCa Treatment

Contact It’s Me & You Skin Clinic before purchasing. The team will confirm availability and arrange the correct consultation before any injectable procedure is planned.

Think about the facial changes you have noticed and whether they are longstanding or more recent. Earlier photographs may sometimes help illustrate changes in contour, although bringing them is not essential.

Provide a complete medical history, including allergies, relevant health conditions and any previous reaction or complication following injectable treatment or local anaesthetic.

Tell Dr Laura Geige about all earlier dermal fillers, collagen stimulators or facial implants. Include treatment performed elsewhere and products whose exact names you may no longer remember.

Bring an accurate list of prescribed medicines, over-the-counter products, vitamins and supplements. Prescribed medication must not be stopped unless the clinician responsible for it has specifically advised you to do so.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, active infection or inflammation near the intended treatment site can affect suitability. Known sensitivity to lidocaine or another product component must also be disclosed.

Mention recent or planned dental work, laser procedures, chemical peels or treatments affecting the same facial tissues. An appropriate interval may be required between appointments.

Avoid alcohol shortly before treatment, as it can make bruising more noticeable for some people. Eating normally and remaining well hydrated may also help you feel more comfortable.

Attend without heavy make-up where practical. The skin will be cleansed, and clinical photographs may be taken to document facial proportions and support treatment planning.

Do not decide upon a fixed product quantity before consultation. The proposed amount depends on anatomy, tissue quality, previous treatment, asymmetry and the degree of change being considered.

HArmonyCa Aftercare

Redness, swelling, pain, tenderness and itching are among the commonly reported short-term effects. These reactions are often mild and may improve within 24 to 48 hours, although swelling can take up to a week to settle.

A wrapped cold compress may be used when advised by your practitioner. Ice should not be placed directly against unprotected skin.

Avoid strenuous activity during the first 24 hours. Manufacturer guidance also recommends avoiding strong sunlight, tanning lamps and extreme weather conditions during this initial period.

Do not repeatedly press, rub or inspect the treated areas. Any massage should only be carried out in the manner specifically demonstrated by your practitioner.

Make-up and skincare should be resumed according to your individual instructions. Strong exfoliating products or procedures that could irritate the injection sites may need to wait until the skin has settled.

Facial massage, laser procedures, chemical peels and other treatments involving the same tissues should not be arranged until the clinic has confirmed that the timing is appropriate.

Many patients may be able to return to ordinary daily activities soon after treatment, although visible swelling, bruising and recovery differ between individuals.

Contact the clinic if expected reactions worsen, fail to improve within the anticipated period or are accompanied by an unexpected symptom. Significant pain, unusual changes in skin colour or visual symptoms require prompt professional assessment.

Why Choose It’s Me & You Skin Clinic?

Patients locally already have access to established medical clinics offering HArmonyCa. Our distinction lies in the consultation, product judgement and personalised planning rather than presenting access to the injectable itself as unusual.

Dr Laura Geige considers the cheeks, sides of the face, lower facial outline, skin quality and previous procedures together. HArmonyCa is discussed only where its combined support and collagen-stimulating characteristics are relevant to the concern.

Her Level 7 training in Aesthetic Medicine supports a consultation-led approach in which medical history, facial anatomy, realistic expectations and possible alternatives are reviewed before treatment is proposed.

The clinic uses carefully selected, traceable products according to the agreed treatment plan. Product choice and quantity are not determined through a standard package or identical injection map.

Treatment remains deliberately measured. A conservative or staged plan may be preferable where a larger change is being considered, particularly when preserving natural facial character is the priority.

Patients receive time to discuss potential benefits, limitations, temporary reactions and recognised risks. Where another treatment would be more appropriate, this will be explained rather than recommending HArmonyCa automatically.

The clinic provides discreet ground-floor access close to Kingston Station, together with individual aftercare and a clear route for contacting the clinical team during the settling period.

Related Treatment Information

For a fuller explanation of the product, treatment process, potential alternatives and consultation pathway, patients should also read the clinic’s main HArmonyCa treatment guide.

Patients comparing hybrid filler with other facial injectables may benefit from a broader facial filler consultation. The appropriate product depends on whether the main concern is localised volume loss, facial support, skin quality or a combination of factors.

HArmonyCa East Molesey FAQs

How is HArmonyCa different from ordinary dermal filler?

HArmonyCa combines hyaluronic acid with calcium hydroxyapatite. The hyaluronic acid provides immediate support, while the calcium hydroxyapatite is designed to support collagen production over time.

When might I notice a change?

Some support may be visible shortly after treatment because of the hyaluronic acid component. Temporary swelling can influence the early appearance, while collagen-related changes develop more gradually. Individual responses vary.

What can HArmonyCa before-and-after photographs show?

Photographs may illustrate changes achieved for previous patients, such as altered facial support or softer contours. They cannot predict an identical result because anatomy, tissue quality, placement and recovery differ between individuals.

Is HArmonyCa suitable for everyone?

No. It is intended for adults aged 18 and over, but suitability also depends on medical history, allergies, previous fillers, facial anatomy and the concern being treated. Pregnancy, breastfeeding and active inflammation or infection can prevent treatment.

How do I reach the clinic from Hampton Court?

Route 411 travels directly from Bridge Road and Hampton Court Station towards Kingston Station and Cromwell Road Bus Station. Siddeley House is then a short walk along Canbury Park Road.
