What Is HArmonyCa?

HArmonyCa is a dual-action injectable containing hyaluronic acid, known as HA, and calcium hydroxyapatite, known as CaHA. The manufacturer describes it as a facial soft-tissue augmentation product intended for adults aged 18 and over.

The hyaluronic acid component is intended to provide immediate volume and support. The calcium hydroxyapatite component is designed to support collagen production, meaning that the appearance may continue to develop after the initial treatment has settled.

HArmonyCa Aftercare

A wrapped cold compress may be used when advised by your practitioner. Ice should not be placed directly against unprotected skin.

Avoid strenuous activity during the first 24 hours. Manufacturer guidance also recommends avoiding strong sunlight, tanning lamps and extreme weather conditions during this initial period.

Do not repeatedly press, rub or inspect the treated areas. Any massage should only be carried out in the manner specifically demonstrated by your practitioner.

Make-up and skincare should be resumed according to your individual instructions. Strong exfoliating products or procedures that could irritate the injection sites may need to wait until the skin has settled.

Facial massage, laser procedures, chemical peels and other treatments involving the same tissues should not be arranged until the clinic has confirmed that the timing is appropriate.

Many patients may be able to return to ordinary daily activities soon after treatment, although visible swelling, bruising and recovery differ between individuals.
